The company, established in Kuwait since 1978 and with several branches, has chosen a new concept for its latest location. With the innovative brand Eye Q, a younger audience is now targeted.

A spectacle library was integrated into the capacious sales area, which serves as a partition between the waiting and consulting areas and thus separates the more frequented area from the quieter area
This was exactly the design task for a new and 17th branch of the Saudi Arabian luxury optical chain. The result, as for every branch so far, is an individual concept with a personal ambience.
The shop area is not very large (36 m²) and the biggest challenge was to find space for enough merchandise, 2 consultation desks, a waiting area and a cash counter.
The family business owners desired an innovative shop concept that is not just about presenting and selling frames, but rather about providing advice in a completely new feel-good ambience. This resulted in the idea of a consulting table over 5 m long, whose impressive effect is further enhanced by a large mirrored back wall.
Due to water damage, a core renovation became necessary and the reconstruction and delivery of a new facility had to be carried out within a very short time. The 200 m² store area was completely redesigned, including the adjoining rooms for consulting, measurements, workshop and staff.
